Jayapura, BUMIPAPUA.COM - Bureau du procureur général (Kejari) Jayawijaya a prolongé la détention de JFS (39 ans), citoyen polonais, soupçonné de trahison en Papouasie. Le bureau du procureur aurait détenu JFS pendant 20 jours, puis aurait été transféré au tribunal de district de Jayawijaya. Toutefois, en raison de l’absence d’un certain nombre de juges au tribunal de district de Jayawijaya, la détention de JFS au bureau du procureur a été prolongée. Togar Rafilion, président de Jayawijaya Kajari, a mentionné les informations reçues du tribunal local. Jayapura, BUMIPAPUA.COM – Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Jayawijaya memperpanjang penahanan JFS (39), warga Polandia, tersangka dugaan kasus makar di Papua.

Harusnya, penahanan JFS oleh kejaksaan hanya 20 hari dan selanjutnya dilimpahkan ke Pengadilan Negeri Jayawijaya. Namun, karena kurangnya jumlah hakim di Pegadilan Negeri Jayawijaya, maka penahanan JFS di kejaksaan diperpanjang.

Kepala Kajari Jayawijaya, Togar Rafilion, menyebutkan informasi yang diterima dari pengadilan setempat, hakim yang dimiliki pengadilan hanya tiga orang, namun satu orang hakim sedang cuti, sehingga penyerahan JFS ditunda agar bisa ditangani hakim yang ada.

“Kami memperpanjang masa penahanan JFS hingga 21 Desember 2018 untuk menyidangkan perkaranya,” kata Togar, Minggu (25/11).

Walau begitu, kejaksaan yakin dalam waktu dekat perkara JFS dapat disidangkan dengan penambahan hakim dari Pengadilan Tinggi Jayapura.

“Termasuk koordinasi kejaksaan dengan Kedutaan Polandia juga sudah dilakukan dan memberitahukan bahwa warganya sedikit lagi akan disidangkan di Wamena,” jelasnya.

JFS dijerat pasal 106 KUHP yaitu makar, pasal 110 yaitu pemufakatan akan melakukan salah satu kejahatan yang diterangkan dalam pasal-pasal 104, 106, 107 dan 108 dihukum sama dengan kejahatan tesebut, ancaman hukuman mengacu pada pasal yang dipersangkakan. Selan itu, JFS juga dipersangkakan melanggar Pasal 111 KUHP Bis ke 1e KUHP.
