Jayapura, BUMIPAPUA.COM - Latifah Anum Siregar, un avocat polonais de citoyens (39), a rassemblé un certain nombre de preuves pour répondre aux accusations de la police portées contre JFS, à savoir des crimes présumés de sécurité de l'État.
Anum, qui a été nommé par l'ambassade de Pologne pour accompagner JFS au cours du procès, a également nié l'accusation selon laquelle l'ambassade de Pologne ne se souciait pas de JFS.
"En effet, JFS est très préoccupé par l'ambassade, car l'ambassade communique avec JFS par le biais de la police assurant la surveillance de la police régionale de Papouasie", a déclaré Anun, vendredi (10/19).
Anum a ajouté que l'envoyé de l'ambassade de Pologne s'était également rendu le 11 octobre à la police régionale de Papouasie pour aider JFS à contacter sa famille.
"JFS a également présenté un certain nombre de livres de lecture de l'ambassade lors d'une visite à la police régionale de Papouasie. Parce que JFS aime beaucoup la lecture. JFS aime aussi écrire tout ce qu'il considère important ", a expliqué Anum.
Anum a ajouté que pendant le processus de détention, JFS s'était plaint de la surcapacité de la cellule de police, ce qui laissait quasiment toute marge de manœuvre.
"JFS se plaint également de mauvaises conditions sanitaires. Parfois, ils doivent utiliser la salle de bains ensemble pour se laver, laver les vêtements et les couverts", a-t-il déclaré.
JFS s'est également plaint d'avoir plusieurs fois demandé que ses effets personnels ne faisant pas partie des objets confisqués par la police, tels que sacs à dos et vêtements, n'aient jamais été remis. Même si la police a toujours promis de donner ses biens.
"S'il vous plaît, la police dispose d'un certain nombre de photos, d'enregistrements et même d'autres documents, qu'ils remplissent ou non légalement l'élément criminel, seront prouvés plus tard au cours du procès", a déclaré Anum avec assurance.
Auparavant, la police avait défini le fichier JFS sur p21 ou sur complet. JFS inculpé en vertu de l’article 106 du Code pénal indonésien, à savoir de trahison, l’article 110, qui est un accord pour commettre l’un des crimes décrits aux articles 104, 106, 107 et 108, est puni du même crime, la menace de punition renvoie à l’article prescrit. Dans le même temps, JFS aurait également enfreint l'article 111 de la KUHP Bis à 1e du Code pénal.

Jayapura, Jubi – Relevant documents of 30-year-old-Polish Jakup Febian Skrzypski (JFS) who arrested by a joint team from Papua Regional Police and Jayawijaya Regional Police at a hotel in Wamena City, Jayawijaya Regency, a few months ago due to an allegation associated with an insurgent group are already complete.
Public Relations Chief of Papua Police Senior Commissionaire A.M. Kamal said the prosecutor office confirmed the completion of these relevant documents. Therefore, the investigators from the Directorate of Crime of Papua Police will handover both the suspect and pieces of evidence to Wamena District Attorney for further process.
“Regarding this case, the investigators from the Directorate of Crime of Papua Police have questioned four witnesses,” said Kamal on Friday (10/19/2018).
Skrzypski is charging against Article 106 of the Criminal Code concerning State’s treason that makes him possible to take life imprisonment or twenty years in jail. “While other suspects YS and SM are still being investigated,” he said.
Earlier last month, the Head of Papua Representative Office of Human Rights Commission Frits Ramandey confirmed that the suspect Skrzypski was physically in good condition in the prison of Papua Regional Police.
“Even though he is fine physically, and as a prisoner, he has his right, but I think he is psychologically stressed,” Ramandey said at the time. (*)

My awesome journey to Swiss first stated with Jakob, very friendly person, he has enormous knowledge.
What really impressed me is his interest in reading and knowledge seeking.

Jacob is a wonderful man. We spent a very nice time with my girlfriend at his place. Jakob accepted us royal, take us on a little trip to the area, share with us local food, talked about everything we needed to see in Switzerland. He has really great knowledge about the area and the world in general. And has a huge collection of music, the biggest I have ever seen. Very positive and helpful person. He helped us plan a further route and although he had to go to work he left us his keys so we could still explore the area before further travel. It was a really great experience. Thanks again Jakob! Meet the dreams and good luck! I hope we will meet again! :D

It was soooo nice! I was traveling with a friend and my big dog (Asha) and we ask in the morning for the night in the same day, so he answered us so fast and he gave to us a lot of hospitality. It was a pity that we were arrive in his home late and we didn't have a lot of time to spend with him (just 2 hours walking in the lake). He help us to find the best places, avoid the most tourists places and to make better our trip in Switzerland! Thank you so much! Jakób you are welcome in Barcelona! :)

Jayapura, BUMIPAPUA.COM – Kuasa hukum warga Negara Polandia JFS (39), Latifah Anum Siregar mengantongi sejumlah alat bukti untuk menjawab tuduhan polisi yang diberikan oleh JFS, yakni dugaan melakukan kejahatan keamanan negara.
Anum yang ditunjuk oleh Kedutaan Polandia dalam mendampingi JFS dalam proses persidangan, juga membantah adanya tudingan yang menyebutkan Kedutaan Polandia tak peduli dengan JFS.
“Justru JFS ini sangat diperhatikan oleh embassy, karena embassy melakukan komunikasi dengan JFS melalui aparat kepolisian di penjagaan tahanan Polda Papua,” kata Anun, Jumat (19/10).
Anum menambahkan utusan dari Kedutaan Polandia juga telah mendatangi Polda Papua pada 11 Oktober lalu, guna membantu JFS dalam menghubungi keluarganya.
“JFS juga dibawakan sejumlah buku bacaan oleh pihak kedutaan saat berkunjung ke Polda Papua. Sebab JFS sangat suka membaca. JFS juga senang menulis apa saja yang ia anggap penting,” jelas Anum.
Anum menambahkan selama dalam proses penahanan, JFS mengeluhkan kondisi sel polda yg over kapasitas, sehingga hampir tidak ada ruang untuk bergerak.
“JFS juga mengeluhkan sanitasi yang buruk, kadang mereka harus menggunakan kamar mandi secara bersamaan untuk mandi, cuci baju dan alat makan,” katanya.
Hal lain yang dikeluhkan JFS adalah beberapa kali JFS meminta barang miliknya yang bukan bagian dari barang yang disita polisi, seperti tas ransel dan pakaian, tak pernah diberikan. Padahal polisi selalu berjanji akan memberikan barang miliknya itu.
“Silahkan saja polisi memiliki sejumlah foto, rekaman, bahkan dokumen lainnya, apakah secara hukum memenuhi unsur pidana atau tidak, akan dibuktikan pada persidangan nantinya,” kata Anum yakin.
Sebelumnya, polisi telah menetapkan berkas JFS telah p21 atau lengkap. JFS dijerat pasal 106 KUHP yaitu makar, pasal 110 yaitu permufakatan akan melakukan salah satu kejahatan yang diterangkan dalam pasal-pasal 104, 106, 107 dan 108 dihukum sama dengan kejahatan tesebut, ancaman hukuman mengacu pada pasal yang dipersangkakan. Selan itu, JFS juga dipersangkakan melanggar Pasal 111 KUHP Bis ke 1e KUHP.
