Jakob is a fantastic person and amazing host. He has such a wide circle of interests that with our discussions we sometimes forgot about the working day starting early morning. Jakob is very hospitable and treated us like his old friends with local Lavaux vine and Swiss cheese

My awesome journey to Swiss first stated with Jakob, very friendly person, he has enormous knowledge.
What really impressed me is his interest in reading and knowledge seeking.
He suggested me best places to see around Vaud and provided excellent stay in his home and we exchanged information in general. Thank You Jakob, for being a wonderful person.

Jakob is a very interesting and sensible person, it was like to be at home. He has a fantastic collection of books, films, compactdisk and vinyls from all over the world. The house is in a beautiful location in a small village near the lake. Hope to see you soon Jakob!

Jacob is a wonderful man. We spent a very nice time with my girlfriend at his place. Jakob accepted us royal, take us on a little trip to the area, share with us local food, talked about everything we needed to see in Switzerland. He has really great knowledge about the area and the world in general. And has a huge collection of music, the biggest I have ever seen. Very positive and helpful person. He helped us plan a further route and although he had to go to work he left us his keys so we could still explore the area before further travel. It was a really great experience. Thanks again Jakob! Meet the dreams and good luck! I hope we will meet again! :D

Jakób is an experienced member of the Couchsurfing community. So kind, and smart. I had no trouble at all in my stay in the outstanding beautiful region of Vevey. Would recommend for sure staying or hosting him. Thanks for the bed, the chats, the food, the rowing experience and the memories..

Jakób is a real adventurer! He is looking for historical places and traditional arts. I met him with his girlfriend, kak Melda. He is a flexible to our house rules. He also likes to tell his "today" trip to me and it is always suprised me as local. Lol.
He loves to meet people and does not mind to go around Jayapura alone.

Jacob the first CS member from abroad can speak sentani language.He is very talkative ,easy going.He likes photography and art history about Holandia.You will be surprised if he has a lot of pictures before and after 50 years about the street,monument,cafe,building with history.

Jakób were just perfect hosts and guide! I felt at home from the first moment I entered his door and it was such a pity to leave..Im very gratefull for Your help and time we spend.
Jakób showed me cool places and tell stories/ also history about places we saw.

It was soooo nice! I was traveling with a friend and my big dog (Asha) and we ask in the morning for the night in the same day, so he answered us so fast and he gave to us a lot of hospitality. It was a pity that we were arrive in his home late and we didn't have a lot of time to spend with him (just 2 hours walking in the lake). He help us to find the best places, avoid the most tourists places and to make better our trip in Switzerland! Thank you so much! Jakób you are welcome in Barcelona! :)

It was good opportunity to host jakob , he is a good guy and full of energy , i like his idea if taking every thing easy, i hope i saw him in his way during traveling and wish him success in his life, he is the exact person to host , though i encourage every one to host him
